When the season starts, most kids will be finishing their school year, so practices for everyone will be after school, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

When the school season ends, regular practices will be grouped by age group. Below is the regular practice schedule:

What is Stroke Clinic and what is the schedule for Stroke Clinic?

Stroke Clinics are separate sessions that focus on improving technique. They are 30 minutes and below is the schedule.

Stroke Clinics are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Times:

• 02:00 PM – 02:30 PM
• 02:30 PM – 03:00 PM
• 03:00 PM – 03:30 PM
• 03:30 PM – 04:00 PM

You must sign up for Stroke Clinic when you attend the regular practice sessions, so the coaches know how many swimmers will be attending later that day.
